Japan Video Translation Academy is the central part of a group of companies owned and operated by Free Agent, Ltd. Our sister companies are:

  • JVTA Media Translation Center, a leading media translation company in Japan, maintaining the largest and most diverse ( in terms of specializations of topics ) team of professional translators and overall translation resources in Japan. We offers all aspects of visual entertainment translation, with quality and clients' needs our concern and our success.
  • Logic Word, a company offering a variety of translation and design/production services for non-entertainment media, such as websites, corporate videos, corporate reports ( i.e., IR and CSR ), business proposals, product packaging, technical manuals, and so forth. Clients include advertising agencies and Japanese companies seeking to expand into non-Japanese markets.
  • Editing Unit, for writing and editing newspaper and magazine articles. Our largest client is Nikkei BP, publisher of National Geographic in Japan, where several of our employees work on-site.
  • English Clock, a school for English-language instruction.
